Eoin turned out a bit cool-toned, but oh well! Another watercolor sketch. I’m trying to do more of ‘em!
Trying out my watercolors on little sketches! I thought I’d do MAGICAL GIRLS. Again I can’t get the colors to scan for shit, uuuh. Hmm. Anyway I did both of these using the same 4 colors (rhodonite genuine, quinacridone burnt orange, undersea green and carbazole violet, if you’re curious). Oh and sicklerite genuine on Maddy’s pants to see how the texture would turn out (sicklerite is a granulating color and I don’t have many of those).

Just a painting I did to unwind! I like painting fashionable girls, and I haven’t done many finished things of Maddy lately for various and sundry reasons. Now that those are settled, you can expect to see more from me!
BTW, everything she’s wearing is inspired by something we sell at my work. :p
A sketch, trying to get used to my new Monoprice tablet! There are more differences than I expected in feel between this and the Bamboo it’s replacing… Very odd! (The texture is from somewhere on Pixiv, I’m sorry I didn’t save where. \: Sigh. I’m dumb.)

The Dusk Queen is the hardest character for me to work out, design-wise AND name-wise… So have some of her face and also a Wilfrid I guess???
